11 months of the project Industry 4.0 Challenge: Empowering Metalworkers for Smart Factories of the Future - 4CHANGE implementation passed.

This meeting was the second of a series of meetings. A two-day meeting was vital to ensure the approval of the interim results & to form strategic directions for the strategic fit between all phases of the project and accurate preparation for the work packages.

Objectives of the meeting

• Overview of the project implementation progress. Review of the progress of the activities, schedule, budget etc.
• Approval of the interim project results/outputs and strategic documents of the project;
• Planning, guidelines and agreements on the planned results/outputs of the project.
