The final conference, presentation of results, of the 4Change project was held. Project partners from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and other stakeholders met to share the results achieved and present the benefits, that will be useful to the engineering industry community, manufacturing companies and vocational training institutions.

The three-year project produced high-quality training content for the manufacturing industry, especially the metalworking sector, and was prepared in five languages and adapted to the Baltic countries. All training materials are available to the general public and professionals.
