Technology is playing a huge role in our everyday lives today, but it is increasingly  affecting the world of industry as well. To prepare staff working in metalworking sector for the transformations in the  production regarding Industry 4.0 requirements 12 partners from  Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Germany implemented three-year Erasmus+ project ‘Industry 4.0 CHAlleNGE: Empowering Metalworkers For Smart Factories Of The Future (4CHANGE). The video focuses on the goals and achieved results in Latvia as well as introduces the training material developed during the project that is available for the sector professionals and general public.
